Malt Pro is made out of solids, malt extract, and cereal grain flour. Because of its nutritional richness, convenience, digestibility, and palatability, this product has received favourable notice from the food community and the general public. Malted is made by a mash of barley malt and wheat flour. Barley malt not only provides the malt flavour, but it also includes diastase, an enzyme that transforms starch to sugar.
