Malted Milk Food is made out of milk solids, malt extract, and cereal grain flour. Because of its nutritional richness, convenience, digestibility, and palatability, this product has received favourable notice from the food community and the general public. Malted milk is made by blending milk with the mash liquid produced by a mash of barley malt and wheat flour. Barley malt not only provides the malt flavour, but it also includes diastase, an enzyme that transforms starch to sugar. However, only a small percentage of milk produced in India is used to make Malted Milk Food..
